JVM Configuration for Hosting Company

Hello,

My hosting company is using Tomcat 7.0.19 and I just installed it on my development system.
For the JVM I have been using mod_jk and my hosting company defaults to mode_proxy_ajp.

I have several virtual hosts but do not have access to the hosting company Apache Virtual host file.
So where can I put the ProxyPass or JkMount commands?
All of my WAR files are under webapps, as in $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/servlets for servlets.war.
$CATALINA_HOME is outside of the document root.

TIA.
