Getting Java EE 6 upgrade

hi,
I believe in a few weeks time you'll have to sit a training course before you can do the Java EE architect's exam. What about if you already have the architects certification for Java EE 5 and you just wish to upgrade to Java EE 6?

Do you also have to sit a course?

We are not sure.

We will get this info once Oracle releases Java EE 6 Architect exam.

The Oracle page says:

obtained my certification before October 1, 2011. When the next versions of these certifications are released, will I have to complete a training requirement to upgrade to the new version?
Those who are upgrading are typically not required to attend another course when upgrading their certification from an earlier version. However, track requirements do change and are subject to modification.



For the database exams, the idea was once you showed your "commitment" by taking a course you didn't have to take another one. The first sentence of their answer gels with that. The second sentence sounds like something their lawyers tacked on.
