Resolving JSP errors

I have multiple projects in my workspace in RAD. I have imported my project with all my jsps into RAD as well. However I am getting over 5000+jsp errors in my JSP pages. Pretty much all errors are about opening and closing tags.

I have gone through a majority of my JSP's and the opening and closing tags are there, but the error messages are still there.

FYI: most of the tags aren't indented perfectly (in case indentation matters).

You may want to give a small example of code that produces the error to see if anyone can see the problem, without anything to look at it is pretty much a shot in the dark...
