Applet reflects changes in code in applet viewer but not in Firefox

So, when I make a change to the code in my applet, which simply draws a string it looks fine. But if I want to change that string or add another, the change is reflected in appletviewer, (I'm using notepad++ and the command line) but it doesn't in firefox.

I went to the java control panel and removed temporary files, I even unchecked the box for keeping temporary files to no avail. The only thing that enables the change is for me to close and restart firefox. Hrmm...

It seems to be FireFox's behavior, I got the same problem like you, and I often have to restart FireFox to see changes in Applet.
