You should download this zip file which contains the neccessary jar files. After downloading, you can extract the zip file and place the jar files in your application's classpath

I really dont mind helping, but what exactly are you looking for? Are you trying out a sample Struts application? If so then there are many Struts examples available. This is just one of them. Also, since this is a question related to Struts, this thread will evoke more responses in the Struts Forum. The moderator of this forum might move this over there for you.
If you're starting with no knowledge of Struts at all, your best bet is to start with a tutorial that will walk you through the creating of a simple Struts application. Here is a good one to start out with. You'll find many others here.
There aren't many rules that you need to worry about here on the Ranch, but one that we take very seriously regards the use of proper names. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.
In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.
