'isCloseOnCompletion()' method problem

Hi ranchers,
my project doesn't work when i upgrade my java version to sdk 1.7 in my project... and it shows the following when run it:

Also when approached to "public class LoggableCallableStatement implements CallableStatement" (method shown with red line) by mouse it appears as follows:
class "LoggableCallableStatement" must either be declared abstract or implement abstract method 'isCloseOnCompletion()' in Statement

Is it related with JDBC 4.1? If so how can i change or upgrade it???
