This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
I'm wanting to go ahead and take the test portion of the certification. I have been studying on the whizlabs site and taking their practice tests. Does anyone have any feelings to how good the practice tests are on whizlabs? I felt I was getting ready to go ace the test because the last two attempts at the full tests were a 94% and a 92%, but today I took the final tests and got a 78%. Of course, the tests in the 90s I had seen quite a few of the questions before and the 78% test were all new questions.
Anyone have any advice? Perhaps I would be able to take a practice test elsewhere just to figure out if I am ready or not? Sometimes, I feel that I am being tested on figuring out what the poor english is actually trying to ask instead of the JavaEE material. Anyone feel the same?
