Get Request Instance ID and Request Start Time from HTTP Request

If I receive a HTTP Request from web, how do I get the "request instance ID" and "requst start time" from this HTTP request? (Note: I import org.apache.http.HttpRequest;)

org.apache.http.HttpRequest is not part of the
API. What are your intentions in using it?
