Hi Gojko,
Towards being agile... What's your take on motivating people in an organization? How could a culture of passion for organizational and personal improvement be fostered?
Is it possible an organization/project to be really successful if its people are not passionate about and don't personally believe in the product they're building/supporting (that's "just work" for them)?
(I'm asking having SW Dev/IT in mind though maybe the question is appropriate for other businesses too).
Thanks,
Yavor

I think that having people who are not passionate about their work is a recipe for disaster and there is no easy fix for it. the answer to that problem is very contextual, I don't think you'll find a generic magic trick to turn them around. why are they not passionate about it? what obstacles do they have in delivering high quality?
