Request Instance ID and Request Start Time

I am working on a project. When I receive a request via HTTP, I am required to get the request instance ID and the request start time.

I think that the HttpServletRequest of Servlet does not support the information.

I wonder which package I should use that supports the instance ID and start time? Please help.
