Hibernate is a product now and has been around much longer than JPA so yes Hibernate still have features you won't find in JPA.
But JPA 2 has come out not long ago and is catching up a bit on Hibernate (e.g with the new criteria api).
The major avantage of JPA over Hibernate is that JPA is a standard part of JEE now.
