Internationlisation

Hi Guys,

I am little bit confused with Internationlisation in Struts.I hope for this we use .properties file with key and values.But how this will be refelected in Web page. For example we are typing some italian url then whole page will be in italy. In Application.it.properties file .there will be only key value pairs in italy . If i am not confusiing with question, Please let me know how it will be possible.
