Help with WSS4J/CXF Simple Username/Password in SOAP Header Problem

Anybody see anything wrong with this? I'm not getting the password that was in the soap header. I'm getting null and I'm quite stumped as to how to debug the problem. I'm quite stumped as to what to try next.

I'll try any suggestion that doesn't involve injesting foreign substances.
