Hello.. I was wondering what resources can be shared in
Cloud Computing(Other than Softwares, Computing Time and Hardware)
And(Im new to Cloud Computing) where can can i begin to start Cloud Computing in Java?

The various vendors such as Amazon provide voluminous examples - you should pick a vendor and dig in.

Whether a resource is private or shared depends on how you configure it.

This example page shows both public and controlled access to files in Amazon's S3 cloud.
