In above code what does get() and add() methods do, confused.. please help

They don't do anything complicated - they're just simple getter/setter methods. The Ora class has a local variable t. The add method sets the value of t, and the get method returns it.

That much is nothing to do with generics. The generic part is that the type of t is the generic type provided when the object is created.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
