Spring Form Validation without <Form:Error> Tags

dear friends.,
My web app controller like this

	@RequestMapping("/submitPickupData")
	public String submitPickupData(Map<String, Object> map,
			HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response,
			BindingResult result) {
		pickUpValidator.validate(request, result);

I use normal html form tags...
i want t o validate my form.

is there any alternative solution without spring form tags.?
because if i enter form tags then jsp not shown..

please help me..
