problem in creating xml

Hello,
I want to create a xml file which looks like this

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<bnw:createSkill workspace="LISA_INT7_HTTPS" correlationId="CS015" xmlns="http://www.abc.com/xyz/messages/data" xmlns:bnw="http://www.abc.com/xyz/messages">
<skill name="online_presence_tier1-Add_Refs-disk"/></bnw:createSkill>

can any one knows the solution?

What problem are you facing, specifically? How are you trying to create that file?

I want to create that xml file using the java code. Could you please help me, I am new to XML

You can either use the file I/O classes in the java.io package to write the file directly, use an API like JAXP (which is part of JSE), or a 3rd party library like JDOM, dom4j or XOM.
