This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
I have been attempting to paste a XML message into a MQ Queue using HermesJMS tool. There are actually two ways, I found to send an XML message to post.
1. Select the MQ Queue, Right Click -> New Message -> Payload tab. Where you can copy-paste the XML content.
2. Select the MQ Queue, On the menu bar, click on the arrow icon which is pointing upwards (indicating upload) which opens a File Browser for you to choose the XML file --> Click on the 'Post XML to Queue' button in place of OK button.
I had attempted both. However, I face issues with both of them.
1. PayLoad tab --> gives me an invalid security credentials error.
2. File Upload option --> gives me an error 'No message, linked exception: null'
I have definitely passed the security credentials otherwise I would NOT be allowed to browse the queues. So absence of credentials is not the cause for it.
Had been googling around including the manufacturer's website (hermesjms) but no luck.
Any of you had encountered this scenario? Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
