Hi,

I have an application running im Tomcat 5.5. My application use Struts, Hibernate, Mysql.

when I start the application, the TOP command show me that Tomcat is using 100MB of memory.

When the users starting to use the application, I can see with TOP command, that tomcat has been using 400MB of memory.

My question is, when users stop using the application and after a long time, if I use TOP to see the resources, I realize that tomcat has been still using the same 400MB. Why ?? Nobody is using the application.

regards,
