Hi,
I am willing to do the sun certified JAVA programmer exam. I brought the book "sun certified programmer for java 6 study guide" written by Kathy seira and Bert bates. And that is for the exam number 310-065.
My question is, is this is the exam number for SCJP 6 ?

Yes this is a good book, but if you feel it's being tough for you than you can also try book by Khalid&Mughal SCJP 6.
is the new version of this book released? scjp7?
