Error while deploying Oracle Secure Search Custom Servlet

I am deploying Oracle Secure Search Custom Portlet on weblogic server and after deployment, i get following error ::
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.search.query.tagext.IterLOVTag
I added search_query.jar file but still i get the same error, this works fine when deployed on Oc4j and Jboss...
