I'm a developer with reasonable amount of Java experience (7+ years, got an SCJP about 7 years ago) and lots of other programming experience.

What's the quickest tutorial anyone knows of that will get me up and going on the JBoss framework? I've got Eclipse installed and added the JBoss tools to it. I've worked through the "Quick Start" examples. I still feel like I'm lacking a lot of context. I've got a project that's critical and needs to be done in a VERY short time frame . The JBoss architecture makes a lot of sense but I've got some learn'in to do...

Any suggestions or help would be VERY MUCH appreciated!

You never said which version of JBoss AS. Also, I don't know if you want to learn JBoss Tools, or JBoss AS.

For JBoss Tools, there is this book, not sure how up-to-date it is:
http://www.packtpub.com/developers-guide-for-jboss-tools-3/book

For JBoss AS 5.x, there is JBoss in Action. Some of it applies to 4.2.x and 6.x, but not to 7.x because the 7.x architecture has completely changed.
