I have been mailing to architect-submit_US@oracle.com
Earlier had received an auto-reply and then an actual reply within 3 days

It has been more than 3 weeks from the last response so i dropped another mail with similar content.

Now there is no auto reply and there is no reply at all for 5 days now.

Are there any other mail id where we can ask for support for SCEA submissions?

You can include suncert_ww@oracle.com as well in your emails. You can call up their customer care and get it escalated through them. This is what I did when they sent me the wrong voucher #. I was in touch with a customer care professional who approached OCP team on my behalf with the problem I had.

I used the email id - architect-submit_US@oracle.com, and I mailed them yesterday and got the below reply today..

"Dear Ayyanar,

We are working on priority to grade all the assignments and we apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused. We understand your situation and assure you that we are diligently working on this. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks to receive the assignment grading status.

We appreciate your patience and understanding on this.

Regards,
OCP Team

Also, in the mail they say, they are working on priority, but I don't know what priority they follow, I think it should be LIFO (Last in First Out). Those you completed Essay just one month ago are getting results quickly, but those who uploaded in June, July are still waiting for results.

Hi INR,

I strongly beleive that there is no fixed algorithm in grading (LIFO..FIFO). This is purely a lottery scheme. My essay exam was on 25th July and I received the results two weeks back.
