In my servlet I read an ontology model OntModel access some info then I create some new properties between existing instances (individuals) and save the ontology to a file. I use the follwoing code

Then I got the following error:

com.hp.hpl.jena.shared.BadURIException: Only well-formed absolute URIrefs can be included in RDF/XML output: <C> Code: 57/REQUIRED_COMPONENT_MISSING in SCHEME: A component that is required by the scheme is missing.Any help is appreciated

I changed the language argument to N-TRIPLE and got no error. But the created file can not be opened with Protege.

Eventhough the type of the file is OWL. it shows the logo of IE !!

Thanks
