Location: Herndon, VA

Pay Rate: up to $130K + Excellent Benefits (See Below), adding 30K+ to total compensation

Position Type: Permanent

Requirements

· 7 years + Software Development

· Bachelors Degree in Computer science

· Strong skills and experience in the following:

Developing Java Web applications
Web component technologies: Servlets, JSP, MVC frameworks
ORM library, like Hibernate
Writing and understanding complex SQL
Develop Web Services on JEE platform
JavaScript and Ajax
Libraries like Ext JS, Prototype, JQuery
HTML, CSS
Solving cross browser compatibility issues
Performing code reviews
· Ability to think analytically and problem solve

· Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and become productive with them quickly

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Capability to implement high quality solutions independently

· Disciplined approach to software development with regards to adherence to existing conventions, standards and procedures being followed in the development team



Desired but Not Required

· Accessibility and 508-compliance

· Implementing BPM solutions

· Implementing Document Management solutions
