My WindowsXP keep Freezing(hangs) frequently

My computer on freezing , all devices get hanged (keyboard,Mouse) no more Ctrl+Alt +Delete works , HELP please

Completely freezing up? Could be any of you hardware components - bad RAM, faulty power supply, bad NIC, overheating CPU or GPU, etc.. Follow standard hardware debug procedures: remove/replace to locate the faulty part. You might also consider cleaning out the inside of your case.

The Problem was my MotherBoard :'(
