Trying to Integrate Accounts

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate this account with my Java Black Belt account from my Java Black Belt profile page and I get an error message saying "Integration not authorized. The remote service has rejected the integration. Reovke the integration and start the process again. Make sure you correctly linked your Ranch profile with your KnowledgeBlackBelt user on othe Ranch site first."

I did this by entering my Black Belt user name in the "BlackBeltFactory username: (show my belt) " space provided. Please help!

As the error message says:

Make sure you correctly linked your Ranch profile with your KnowledgeBlackBelt user on othe Ranch site first.

I dont see that you have linked your Ranch profile with BlackBelt account. Do that first and then proceed to BlackBelt site

I changed your id to lowercase and refereshed the page. I saw an empty image flash by. (If you don't have a belt yet, it shows as empty.) Try it again.
