collapsible inside a datatable. binding problem?

I've been reading some posts about datatable and binding problems and I don't really understand why if I've a session bean and a datatable component binded to that backing bean it can be inconsistent and work as not expected. I'm not sure if it's my problem, so I explain my case:

I've a collapsible panel inside a datatable, and this datatable binded to a session scope backing bean. The datatable is inside a jspx that is included in two "flows" of the application, I mean, i have included the jspx in an xhtml. and the same jspx in a modal popup. The case is I navigate to the first one and everything goes fine, but if after that I navigate to the other jspx, the modal popup for example, and I expand the collapsible panel inside the datatable(each row is a collapsible) and the styles of the expanded row go crazy. I have a script call to close the expanded row and I also get the javascript error datatableId:panelCollapsibleId:0:expanded null or is not an object.

I think it can be because of the binding and the session scope of the bean, so I'll try to remove the binding attribute and get the selected row using the findComponent method. (I'm not at work now so I'll try it when I'm back). My question is if it can be because of the binding, and if so, why binding and session scope can be inconsisten together.

Sorry but I can't give you any code because I'm out of work for a few days.

Thanks in advance!!!
I agree. Here's the link:
