Regarding Staus Bar

Hi to All,
Please can anyone help me on this topic

Problem:
..User post an application for a job to a specific comapny after registering in specific company website.

... Apllicant want to see his staus (i.e.. Application received,Rejected, in process,shortlisted for interview....like this)

How to write a code in struts to show the status in different colours on a status bar when user clicks on the application stauts for specific job??

There is a provision for admin that he should have a screen with diffeent radio buttons for status as expalined above( i.e,.. When he selects in process radio buton it automatically updates the applicant status)

Please do me a favour as soon as possible.
