CX 310-110 or 1Z0-869, which is valid now?

Hi

I'm planning to give a Java Mobile Certification. Could somebody help me with the Exam Code?

1. Is it CX 310-110 or 1Z0-869, which is valid now? I'm seeing the Exam Codes in Sun Java and Oracle. But which is valid and current in the market?
2. Or does both the Exam Codes refer to the same Exam?
3. Do we have any concept-explaining book for the Exam?
4. If so, could you please name the Book Names with Author?

Please help me with this understanding. I'm a novice in this field.

As of September 1 2010, Sun certifications have been republished and re-branded under the Oracle certification program.

CX 310-110 is the old exam number referred by Sun.
1Z0-869 is the new exam number referred by Oracle after September 1 2010.

Oracle Certified Professional, Java ME 1 Mobile Application (Formerly Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer (SCMAD)) certification provides knowledge required to develop mobile applications.

What exam I need to pass to achieve OCP for Java ME 1 Certification?

You need to complete 1Z0-869 Oracle Certified Professional, Java Mobile Edition 1 Mobile Application Developer Certified Professional Exam to achieve this certification.
