Hello,
Could you please suggest a book on web services for beginners.
I checked out the books review section but most of the books mentioned are quite old now.
Thanks.

Web services span a broad range of topics. What type of web service are you interested in?

Hi!
Thanks for mentioning my electronic book.
Personally I would recommend reading something about XML first, if you do not already have experience with XML and XML schemas.
The book J2EE Web Services by Richard Monson-Haefel also contains a lot of good introductory material to web-service related matters. Do skip anything on UDDI and JAX-RPC.
Best wishes!
