iReport - problem with word wrap and barcode

I create a title in iReport but when I export to PDF the title wraps.

I use code128 in iReport and check "Draw text". In iReport I can see the number under the barcode but when I export to PDF I can see only the barcode without numbers.

Please do not know how to solve these problems?
