Hi everyone!

I completely new to javascript, so I need some help, please

I have a rather long list of words or phrases that i want to be selectable and de-selectable. When the user presses submit the selected words/phrases should be sent in a form using GET/POST

Make any sense? And can any of you help?

Thanks!

Why do you think you need Javascript, instead of (say) an ordinary HTML multiple selection?

In that case you should investigate jQuery UI Selectables which can make any DOM element "selectable".
