Missing resource

When i run my application its ok and when i debug it complains about missing resource?
its says 'Source not found'
and the .class it wants is in a jar (which is there ) and it runs ok if i 'run' and not debug
Environment : RAD / Websphere

Any suggestions?

That's not really enough information to go on. Please provide the exact error messages that you are getting, along with more detail on what you are running and how exactly you are running it.
