Can someone recommend a scheduling/calendar control?

Hi, I am interested in implementing similar scheduling / calendar abilities such as those supplied in MS Outlook. Can any of you suggest a component which will allow for similar functionality. The tool needs to be customizable also at the same time. I was able to see so many open source tools specifically for ASP.NET. There seems to be nothing much available in Java. Would appreciate some inputs.
