Dynamic and interdependent listboxes using spring ,dwr and jsp wont show new data.

I have 2 columns in my JSP when one is dependent on another.Base of Form selected from Forms ListBox, Entities Listbox gets populated.

To start with, i created some mock data (before i could make real db calls ) and filled up Forms List with some data eg W9 2011.

When everything started working ,i tried to change data in Forms List by adding some more data or changing.

W9 2011 ,W8 Ben ,W8 Imy.
I cleaned ,refreshed ,did everything but my Forms Lists keepson showing same data that i set in first time.

 My General DAO ---
