HTML set focus after text in textbox

Hi,

I have text in a HTML text box,

Is there any way to set that the cursor be set after the text in a text box?

i.e. lets say the text in the text box is "text" and the user clicks on an anchor link "goToText",

When the user clicks on "goToHere" the cursor goes to the text box and the cursor is at the end of the text "text"?
