For running ejb program please tell some good open source ides with their tutorials.

Eclipse with JBoss Tools plugin. Veeery good.

Netbeans 7.0 is also excellent choice. Just try it once. You will evantually love it. Learning curve for netbeans is very short and a lot of tutorials are avaialbe .Kindly refer to netbeans site for more information.
