Eclipse with JBoss Tools plugin. Veeery good.

Netbeans 7.0 is also excellent choice. Just try it once. You will evantually love it. Learning curve for netbeans is very short and a lot of tutorials are avaialbe .Kindly refer to netbeans site for more information.
