Whichi IDE tool companies mostly use? Netbeans or Eclipse? I am confused. I am using NetBeans (I don't drag and drop anyway. I code by my self). Please help.

Eclipse is used in lot of companies. Also IntelliJ is popular. But any IDE should be fine - all of them are kind of similar. So stick with anyone if you really want to use IDE.
