You are the only one cappable to answer this question.
You must study and them start doing some mock question.
Just them you will know if you are ready or not.

You already have SCJP and SCWCD, so you know how these exams work. SCBCD is not much different. I'd say four weeks should be enough if you are determined, even less if you know something about the subject.
Of course Hebert has the point here: only you and mocks can tell how close you are to achieving the goal.

And here are some recommendations for this certification: EJB 3 In Action and Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0. Then you can go further and try some mocks... so it would take the time to read these materials!

Please note that more recent version of this certification is forked into OCE:EJBD and OCE:JPAD. Maybe you should go for them. They cover JEE 6.
