Error in output

i created login form. the above code is for jButton1(submit) button.I receive the following error


SQL EXCEPTION:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'loginform'.

can you please tell me why the above error is displaying

What is the name of the Table of your Database you are trying to insert in to here? Is it not the same as "loginform"?

The table name is 'loginform'.

Is the database with your table?

Is your database URL correct?

Unrelated to the question: Why you execute two SELECT statements which you don't seems to use the results for anything? And why you use jdbc/odbc driver here?

Is there any other errors in the stack trace (full stack trace)? I suggest you test with only one statement against database and see what happens.
