IBM RAD 6.0 : JNDI problem

In RAD 6.0 , i have changed the JNDI names. After changing the jndi names when I run the application , In server logs i still find it refferring to an old jndi name which was changed long back. even when i create a new profile i still get the same error saying "Exception data follows:
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context:"
i have multiple workspaces with different profiles.
Can anyone help me out in figuring what could be the exact problem for this ?
