Recreate WebLogic.log

Hi all,

I am trying to get weblogic started. My WebLogic.log was getting cumbersome so I deleted it.

Is there anyway to recreate it? I don't mean the original file. I mean get me back to viewing the logging output.

I manually created a verson but there's nothing being printed to it..
