Is there any applications/software which tells us about how much time we spent on windows operating system and how much time we use several applications.(i.e how much time a process run). The application must show these details in day-wise, week-wise . . . etc. With out using Event logs in windows, i want to get this information in a user friendly way.

The Performance Monitor should be able to show you that information. You first need to read about the Windows performance counters, they will provide the raw data.
Then there are numerous commercial packages, which cost $$$$, that provide this kind of information. IBM, HP, CA, BMC and Compuware are some of the companies that come to mind that have software like this.
