I still don't know what you mean by a "servlet annotation". You can create your own annotations for any class (or field, or whatever). Whether you use it with servlets or not is up to you.

Say well,a annotation is not about the type of class,
Whether you use it with servlets or not is up to you,No matter whether you use servlets can use annotations
