1) A web page creates cookie on user`s computer. Now if a user visits different web pages, then do all these pages create separate cookie files or all all cookies are stored in one file only ? I mean details of different cookies is stored in one file only ?

2) If all details are stored in one file only, how will browser understand how to retrieve details for a particular page when its revisited ? Is there some kind of identification attached to cookie for a page ?

3) Does a cookie get created on a particular location on computer ? Is this location browser specific or OS specific ?

Thanks

It's all browser-specific.

You'd be better off researching this on their respective sites. You can look up this info just as easily as I can.
