JavaApplet Not Initializing (I am extremely new to this)

Ok. I appreciate any help with this issue that I am having.

The window does pop open, however, there are no textfields or the button anywhere on the applet.

This is the error that I am getting in the system window.

What am I doing wrong? any help is much appreciated.

I feel like a knucklehead.. I finally got it figured out, it works through appletviewer not netbeans?? (due to the aforementioned error). anyway thanks for your time for whoever read this.

It was a classic mistake
