Hi,

I am getting exception from the following code

exception:java.sql.SQLException: No more data to read from socket

What line does this SQL exception occur at? The stack trace will show you the file name and line number.

Are the Oracle server and JDBC driver compatible? I've seen one of the programs at work fail with a later JDBC driver where it worked just fine with an old driver, probably because our Oracle server is ancient (and no, we can't upgrade it; it's part of a third party solution).

Hi,Thank you for your repaly.
I made a mistake that i have choosen wrong SID .I have verifed it with tnsnames.ora file in ORACLE.I have modefied the SID It worked.
