Struts2 + jCookies

hi all,

i need to implement cookie in my application but using jquery there is not problem but how can i do the same form action,
i have jCookies http://tympanus.net/codrops/2011/09/04/j-is-for-jcookies-http-cookie-handling-for-jquery/

to retrieve the cookies in action i need to convert it form base64 then need to decode the json, how can i do it?
