Struts allpication not loading

I am using OC4J as my application server.
When I try to run my application it says page not found. The OC4J container has initialized properly.

Previously when I placed the war file in the application directory, it didnot deploy. Then I had to make an entry in applixation.xml.

I am wondering if a similar entry needs to be done in some other file.

The same application is running in Tomcat.

Plzz help!!

Welcome to JavRanch!

Tomcat is a web container - which means it runs war files. OC4J is an application server - which means it runs EARs.

We have an Oracle/OAS forum where people are more likely to know about deploying to OC4J.
